Delivery Deadlines Christmas 2024
To ensure your order arrives in time for Christmas, please note our order deadlines for timely delivery by Christmas Eve:
🇩🇪 Within Germany:
Please place your order by 1 p.m. on December 20th at the latest.
For deliveries to German islands: no later than December 19th .
🇪🇺 To the EU:
Please place your order by 1 p.m. on December 16th at the latest.
🇨🇭 To Switzerland:
Please place your order by 1 p.m. on December 18th at the latest.
Important:
The delivery time is shown for each product. Deviations are possible – depending on the shipping location/warehouse (our own stock or manufacturer's/distribution warehouse), size/weight, and shipping method. The information on the product page is always definitive.
We can only ship orders that have been paid in full. For orders with outstanding payments (e.g., bank transfer, invoice, or instant bank transfer), delivery may be delayed due to processing times at financial institutions.

Voluntarily extended return policy during the Christmas season
In addition to your statutory right of withdrawal, we offer a voluntary extended return policy for orders placed between November 1st and December 24th of any calendar year. For these orders, we accept returns until January 31st of the following year or within 14 days of receiving the goods – whichever is later. The date of dispatch of your return shipment is decisive for compliance with the deadline.
To take advantage of the extended return policy, the goods must be complete, undamaged, and in a condition consistent with only inspection, such as would be possible in a retail store. Original packaging, labels, and any free additional items included with the goods must be returned along with the merchandise.
This voluntary Christmas return policy excludes goods for which the right of withdrawal is legally excluded (see section “Exclusion of the right of withdrawal”), in particular personalized products and sealed goods that are not suitable for return for reasons of health protection or hygiene if their seal has been removed after delivery.
Furthermore, the provisions of this right of withdrawal apply accordingly, in particular regarding return shipping costs and the consequences of withdrawal. Your statutory right of withdrawal remains unaffected by this voluntary right of return.
